At Droptricity.com, we aim to deliver high-quality digital services and full customer satisfaction. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing any service.

🧰 Web Design & Development Services

Since our services are custom and time-based, we follow this refund structure:

• ✅ Full Refund – Only if the project has not yet started or no work has been delivered.
• 🔄 Partial Refund – If the project is in progress but not yet completed (refund depends on work completed).
• ❌ No Refund – If the complete project has been delivered or the client has approved the final design.

⏳ Refund Request Timeframe

All refund requests must be raised within 7 days of payment. After that, we may not be able to offer a refund.

To request a refund, please email us at contact@droptricity.com with your order ID and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 24–48 hours.

⚠️ Note: As we do not sell any physical goods, we do not accept product returns. All our services are digital and customized per client requirements.
